3. Lottery Rules

The LuckyPi lottery operates as follows:

• Each ticket costs 1π (Pi cryptocurrency).
• A draw is completed when all tickets are sold or when the time limit is reached.
• Winners are selected randomly from all participants who purchased tickets.
• The prize pool consists of the total value of all tickets sold, minus any applicable fees.
• Prizes are automatically transferred to the winner's Pi wallet.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Pi Network account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through the Pi Network payment system. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Service operators.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
